First page of story board, starts with close up of singer lying in bed, then cuts to a mid shot then it will cut to shots of his morning as he sings thought it. this is where the narrative and performance mix together.

On the second page of the story board its the end of the first verse and the first chorus, there is a running theme of death in the chorus because of the songs theme and tile " The Day I Died", a pigeon falls in front of the performer.

Here is our second verse that involves the main character in the narrative and the performer.

Here is the 2nd chorus where the theme of death is still running though, in this one a grandmother dies in front of the singer.

These are the final shots where the performer get hit by a comical card board taxi and there is like a heaven scene after that where there is all the singers favourite things floating by his head and then all his family and friends but then his eyes open and he's alive then he stands up brushes him self off and a bomber puts there arm around him and its cuts to black.

Props

Above is our original Props and costume list. The letters down the sides represent where the props will be needed but we didn't a key so that made this a little bit difficult to use.+

Here is our stuffed pegeon that i have made out of a racoon teddy, this is the second version of the pegeon as we lost the first and better one. this took me a few hours to do as im not the best of sowers.

we couldnt buy one in one because we couldnt find one and two because the ones we found were very expencive.

This is the home made (fake) TNT explosive made out of toilet roll tube, a black board pen and red paint, this will be featured at the end of our video as the guitarist puts his guitar down opens his jacket and there's the TNT and then cut to back.

This is the walking stick used by the granny who dies in the second chorus, we thought to make this look as authentic as possible a walking stick would be the best think to use.

A cigarette will be needed just towards the end of the video when the cardboard taxi is just about to hit the performer a cigarette dangles for  his mouth because of the shock of the taxi.

Above is our shot list we put this together so that we could could know on set what scenes we could do on the same shoot so that our filming would be as efficiant as poosible and so that we wouldnt be waisting actors time by using them time and time againg. this list also included what props and where we were shooting so that we would have everything we needed in the right place.

With these two pages above we have read through the lyrics and then took down ideas of what we could do in the certain parts of the songs like the theme of death running though the choruses. doing this realy help us plan and create the story board and gave us some great ideas that would give us a hopefully sucsesful music video.
